Be grateful for your gifts. We are pushed by biological forces over which we have less control than we think. Being hardworking is due to having a brain shaped by certain genetics combined with growing up in a stable environment. Maybe it's about being lucky with the myriad factors in the interaction between genetics and environment which shaped the brain and thus our behaviours.

- Applications: In business and markets, small strategic decisions can disproportionately affect outcomes, challenging conventional prediction models and emphasizing the complexity of cause and effect.

Interest is formed via events and priority
Finding an interest implies that the interest already exists and is just waiting to be found. But science tells us that interest develops. It often starts with a spark of curiosity about a subject and later, through a process involving repeated engagement, positive experiences and aggregated knowledge, one begins to personally value the subject/activity and incorporate the subject. What was initially interesting eventually becomes an interest. Differences emerge between people with a fixed mind-set and people with a growth mind-set according to a study of more than 700 first-year college humanities and social sciences students in USA.
AE, Autoethnography
Autoethnographic works offer personal accounts of how events, contexts and experiences have shaped the individuals' lives and personal development, even if they do not directly refer to the theories of quantum physics. They provide insight into how our lives and identities can be affected by our surroundings and the events we experience.
